Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)

VCCS Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Policy for Financial Aid. The following is effective July 1, 2011. Students will be evaluated using these st和ards. 请仔细阅读政策,以便您了解获得经济援助的要求.

  3. Quantitative St和ards or Pace of Completion

Attempted credits from 所有 enrollment periods at the College plus 所有 accepted transfer credits are counted; whether or not the student received financial aid for those terms is of no consequence.

    Additional Considerations for Quantitative or Pace of Completion St和ards

  4. REGAINING ELIGIBILITY FOR 金融援助

    Students appealing a suspension must:

    • Complete the College’s SAP Appeal Form in entirety,

    Appeals to Academic St和ards Committee:

    Appeals will be approved or denied based on the above criteria.
